Our commitment to privacy also extends to any use of the text, graphics, photographs, artwork, music, sounds, user interfaces, visual interfaces, trademarks, logos, and software together with and including the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel" and arrangement of same available through the Site and Application (collectively "Content").

If you choose to use the Chat function, then you disclaim any claims against Gaither arising from or concerning any information that was shared through Chat.

Gaither has a social media presence on Twitter, lnstagram, Facebook, and the like, which do not restrict their respective audiences. While the privacy policies of the particular social media forums apply, Gaither reserves the right to collect data related to your public interactions with our various social media activity. If collected, Gaither will protect such information, as appropriate, pursuant this policy.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

 

This Privacy Policy and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, in the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts for Morgan County, in the state of Illinois, concerning any and all disputes concerning your use of the Site, Application, or Content and any interpretation of this Privacy Policy.

 

When you submit Personal Information to us, you are agreeing to permit Gaither to access, store, and use the information wherever in the world Gaither does business, both inside and outside the United States. In the event of any dispute between Gaither and you concerning this Privacy Policy, the parties shall attempt to resolve such dispute. If we are unable to resolve such dispute within forty five (45) days, then either of us may submit the dispute to mediation. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, then either of us would be free to pursue any resolution available to them under applicable law.

 

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

 

We will not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 years of age, nor will we knowingly allow children under 13 years of age to use certain features of our Site, Application or Content without the consent of a child's parent or guardian. 11. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

 

California Civil Code Section§ 1798.83 permits California residents who use our Site, Application, or Content to request certain information concerning our disclosure of a resident's Personal Information to third-parties for direct marketing. Our Site is not currently configured to respond to ONT signals sent by web browsers.
