Product Description

Jacks have long been a source of workplace accidents and injuries. The threat of damage and bodily harm from falling multi-ton vehicles is all too real, as any experienced tech knows.

To combat this common problem, we have developed a jack that is far more stable and reliable than the competition. The Moore-Safe Jack is designed to securely cradle vehicle components, dramatically reducing the chance of slippage due to misplacement or a shifting load.

The Moore-Safe's patented design features two interchangeable mounting heads. A "Y" Head for round and square surfaces as well as a "Round" Head that can cradle U-bolts and provide a wide footprint for flat surfaces. Both were engineered to maintain the center of gravity even in the event of a shifting load, guaranteeing maximum safety even in the least ideal circumstances.

Each unit is also hand-tested before shipping to guarantee maximum reliability.

What makes the Moore-Safe GT-20MS different from a standard bottle jack?

The Moore-Safe 20 Ton Air Bottle Jack is designed around safer, more stable load contact. It securely cradles vehicle components, reduces the chance of slippage from misplacement or shifting loads, makes positioning easier, and provides 20 tons of lifting capacity.

Why does the Moore-Safe 20 Ton Air Bottle Jack have two interchangeable heads?

The two-head design allows the GT-20MS to match different lifting contact points. The Y Head is for round and square surfaces, while the Round Head can cradle U-bolts and provide a wider footprint on flat surfaces. Both heads are engineered to help maintain the center of gravity if the load shifts.

Which head should you use on the Moore-Safe GT-20MS?

Use the Y Head when the lift point is round or square, and use the Round Head when you need to cradle U-bolts or support a flatter surface with a broader contact area. Gaither includes both adaptor heads and a head holder in the box.

Are replacement parts available for the Moore-Safe 20 Ton Air Bottle Jack?

Yes, GT-20MS replacement parts are available, including an Air Motor Assembly, a Hose Assembly for the 20 Ton Air/Hydraulic Bottle Jack, and Moore-Safe adaptors and holder components through its replacement parts listings.
