Gaither Tool Co. ships its products via parcel and LTL carriers. If there is any damage at the time an order is delivered, it must be noted on the receiving paperwork from the freight carrier. Any inventory discrepancies must be reported in writing to Gaither within 48 hours of delivery of goods.
Gaither Tool Co. warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 1-year from date of sale to the final customer. In addition to, GT Series Premium Jacks are covered for 3-years. Gaither will repair or replace any item found to be defective and may refund the purchase price of any such item at its discretion.
Customers who wish to return items need to contact us directly by calling 217-245-0545 or sending an email to sales@gaithertool.com. Items can only be returned within 30 days of the original ship date and must be undamaged. Items returned that are not under warranty will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued as soon as we receive the returned item. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us anytime.
